- If I Order Today, When Will I Get My Order?
All orders placed by 6:00 pm will be delivered in up to 2 working days (48 hours) depending on your delivery location.
Here’s how it works:
- Standard delivery within our driver network typically takes up to two working days (48 hours).
- Working days are Monday to Friday
- How Do I Reset My Password?
- Go to the login page and enter your mobile number
- Then select “Forgot Password"
- Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.

- How Do I change My Mobile Number I Use For My Account?

- How Much Is The Delivery Fee?
The delivery cost works out at R1 per item if you are close to the warehouse.

If your delivery location is within 30 km's from the warehouse?
R50 for up to 50 items within a 30-kilometer radius from the nearest warehouse.
For 51 to 100 Items you will be charged another R50 and so on for each 50 items.

If your delivery location is more than 30 km's from the warehouse?
R75 for up to 50 items where the delivery address is more than a 30-kilometer radius from the nearest warehouse.
For 51 to 100 Items you will be charged another R75 and so on for each 50 items.

- What is the Minimum Order Amount?
The minimum order amount is R600. Add more products to your cart until your order amount is above R600.
- How Can I Pay For My Order?
You can pay securely using the following methods:
- Payroll deduction
- Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Instant EFT / Bank Transfer (EFT)
- ATM cash deposit
Visit your My Wallets page to get banking details, view transactions, and check balances.
- Is there a limit on how much I can spend a month on Lucky Star Foods?
R5,000 is the monthly spend limit per Lucky Star staff member.
- Can I register if I don't have an alternative number?
No, you will need to add an alternative contact number.
Kindly note that providing an alternative contact number is very important for two reasons:
- To ensure smooth delivery of your order.
- To prevent any delays in the delivery process if we are unable to reach the primary contact number.
Please ensure that the alternative number belongs to someone who will be available at the delivery address and able to receive the order on your behalf if necessary.
This helps our drivers complete deliveries efficiently and ensures you receive your order without any issues.
